At All Crafts Market, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are handmade and often unique, we carefully inspect and package each item before it is shipped.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • Be returned with its original packaging, when possible.

  • Include your order information or proof of purchase.

  • Be safely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Before sending an item back, please contact us to request a return.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Item you would like to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the item, if applicable

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, especially for larger or fragile items such as Moroccan mosaic tables, pottery, and tea pots.

All Crafts Market is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide photographs of:

  • The item

  • The shipping box or packaging

  • Any visible damage

We will review the information and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Handmade Items

Our products are handmade, and each piece may have slight variations in:

  • Color

  • Pattern

  • Shape

  • Size

  • Texture

  • Finish

These natural variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade Moroccan crafts and are not necessarily considered defects.

Large & Fragile Items

Due to their size and weight, mosaic tables and other large or fragile items may require special return arrangements.

Please contact us before returning a large or fragile item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Items modified or altered by the customer.

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period.

  • Custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
